Renewal2 Investment Fund is designed to achieve excellent returns by providing early and growth capital, as well as guidance to entrepreneurs building companies which are vital to a sustainable society. Modeled after the Renewal Partners portfolio approach and managed by the principals of Renewal Partners, Renewal2 is positioned for success.

Stage: Investments are made at the early stage of a company’s life cycle; our preference is to invest in companies with between $500,000 and $20 million in annual revenue – although we will look at exceptional opportunities to invest with impact outside that range.

Investment Approach: We invest in companies with long term growth prospects. Eighty percent of the companies in the Renewal Partners portfolio have either resulted in positive exits or continue to build value for shareholders.

Structure: Individual, institutional and charitable foundation investors can all participate in Renewal2 in a tax effective manner.

Term: Structured with a 10-year term the fund is designed to support business growth without compromising mission. Your investment will have maximum impact by providing patient capital for businesses early in their development.

Investment: Renewal Partners and Endswell Foundation will collectively invest $3 million in Renewal2.
