Vice President, Business Development & Operations

Based in Vancouver, you will add leadership depth within the organization to foster innovation, manage ongoing change, and shape and mentor an integrated team of dedicated professional staff. You will build external relationships, partnerships, products, and services to increase our impact in social and environmental work. And you will provide leadership in pulling together cross sector collaborations that make real progress possible on society’s most urgent issues.

You are a self-starter with an impeccable track record in your career path. You are a superb communicator who has a passion for social innovation and social finance. Your experience could be based in a range of sectors – grant-making foundations or the not-for-profit community, or business or government matched with significant community volunteer leadership. The key here is to align your relevant experience with the mission and values of Tides Canada to help take a successful and visionary organization to new levels.
