We are thrilled to welcome back to her home town Joanne Norris, Director of Social Returns for our very good friends Social Capital Partners (SCP).  The Toronto office of SCP first opened its doors in 2001; Joanne was employee number two behind SCP founder Bill Young.  SCP arranges growth and franchise acquisition financing and provides advisory services to successful businesses that integrate a social mission into their human resources model  to expand career opportunities for disadvantaged populations.
