Based in Vancouver, BC, Renewal2 Investment Fund builds upon 15 years of impact investment experience and has delivered superior financial returns by investing in some of North America’s leading environmental and social mission businesses. The fund focuses on investment in green building products, green consumer products, and organic & natural foods. These underfunded sectors are critical to a sustainable economy and such social enterprises require patient capital to generate meaningful shifts in consumer behavior.

Renewal2 plans to raise between $30-40 million by its final close on May 31, 2010, and currently has five companies in its portfolio: Alter Eco Americas, Blue Horizon Organic, Horizon Distributors, Rustic Crust and Seventh Generation.
